生物体通过多系统之间的协同作用维持其正常的生理功能。在其中,神经递质、激素等化学小分子在细胞间信息沟通和交流中起到不可或缺的作用。我们课题组试图通过开发新的技术手段,为寻找新的信息传递分子、实时观测小分子动态变化以及最终解析其在特定生理调控,尤其是神经-免疫相互作用中的功能提供新的途径。
